Payment Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations made through our website.

For the following experiences, full prepayment is required:
– A Day at Filodivino
– A Day at Filodivino with Winery Dinner
– A Day at Filodivino with Dinner in the Veranda

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at +39 0731 026139.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, a fee of €25 per guest may apply.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Nexi/CartaSi, and cash within the limits set by Italian regulations.

Guest Guidelines

We kindly invite you to review the menu in advance: we will be able to accommodate any food intolerances or allergies only if communicated at the time of booking.

Filodivino is a place of peace and quiet. We ask you to enjoy your time here with respect for other guests, avoiding any behavior that may cause disturbance.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.

Our experiences are designed for an adult audience, to ensure a relaxed atmosphere and a mindful wine tasting.
If you are travelling with children, a dedicated menu (2 courses and dessert, €40) can be arranged upon request at the time of booking.

We welcome small and medium-sized dogs, provided their presence is indicated in the booking notes. Dogs must always be supervised and managed with respect for other guests. In the absence of prior notice, we reserve the right not to accept the booking.

By making a reservation, you agree to receive:
– one or more emails prior to your arrival with booking confirmation and useful information
– a follow-up email after your visit inviting you to share your feedback about Filodivino
